Vector Art
Artwork
that
have one, two, three, or more solid areas of colours are referred to as spot
colours. The best format to provide artwork is in a vector format.
Each object in a vector format design can be individually selected
and manipulated independently from the rest of the design. These are files
that have been created in programs like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or
Macromedia Freehand.
IMPORTANT: All text in the design to be printed needs to be converted
to outlines. We may not have the exact fonts used in your design in our font
library. Converting all text to outlines, will prevent this from being an
issue.
TIP: In Adobe Illustrator select all text and choose the "Create
Outlines" selection under the "Type" menu.
In Corel Draw select all text and choose the "Convert To Curves" selection
under the "Arrange" menu.
Acceptable Vector Art Formats
• Adobe Illustrator
• Corel Draw
• Macromedia Freehand |

created in Photoshop need to be reproduced with 4 colour process printing.

process art needs to be provided at 300 dpi and actual printed size.

• Adobe Photoshop (please leave in layers)
• TIFF (4-Colour Process and one colour only, no multiple spot colours)
These are the best ways
of sending us artwork.

these formats, send us what you have and we can check out other options. If
